Restaurant and pension HAMR DÍVČÍ KÁMEN is located in the middle of virgin nature in the heart of the Blanský Forest Protected Landscape Area in a place that is directly interwoven with history.
Within a radius of 500 metres from the pension you can visit the amazing ruins of the castle Dívčí Kámen, the fortified fortress of the Celtic oppida and beautiful views of Klet'. You can take a walk in the valley of the Křemežský brook along the unique Holubovské snake pines or climb the Dívčí Skála and admire the beautiful meander of the Vltava River and the view of the castle. From the restaurant deck you can feed the schools of fish.
The picturesque Český Krumlov, the South Bohemian village of Holašovice (UNESCO), the cable car to the highest peak of the Blanský Forest Klet', and the Golden Crown Monastery are all within ten kilometres of the guesthouse.
In the summer months you can make your stay more pleasant by rafting or boating on the Vltava River, cycling, swimming in the nearby natural swimming pool or relaxing on the deck chairs on the terrace by the pool. In winter there is a large number of groomed cross-country ski trails and smaller ski resorts in the area.
The atmosphere of the newly and stylishly renovated guesthouse and restaurant of the old Hamr is in a family spirit. It is run by people who have been doing their job with their hearts all their lives, have worked together for a long time and are willing to do a lot for the satisfaction of their guests.

If you want to experience the nightlife in České Budějovice, you can go to our second establishment Media Karaoke Music Bar right on Přemysl Otakar II Square. You can get back to the guesthouse by train at 23:00.
